Terms and conditions

Normal delivery time is about 1-4 days depending on your choice and country

We send orders with PostNord and DHL. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the shipping company.

We package your package professionally that can withstand moisture and normal transport handling, but if you discover delivery damage, you should immediately:

  1. Contact us via the contact form.
  2. Take a series of photos and email us.
  3. We take care of the rest for you.

Missing parts in package: We triple check by we

  1. Individual picking
  2. Sorting wrapping
  3. Tick-off packing slip-marked

The risk that you received the wrong article or that something is missing is small but not non-existent. The human factor remains and we are not robots yet. The fact that we have a picture of your order means that a possible transport complaint can be processed and closed quickly and conveniently for you.

Attempts at delivery fraud in some form are reported to the police in collaboration with PostNord.

Return Return Policy / Complaints

We reserve the right to make the appearance of articles may differ from the images.

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a consumer (does not apply to companies) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the product. In order for you to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in undamaged condition, in original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost.

For (only) private individuals: "Of course we follow the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS2005: 59), which means a right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Think of:

  1. Contact us before a return!
  2. The product must be completely unused with unopened packaging.
  3. The original packaging must (should) be used!
  4. You will not receive compensation for shipping / return shipping or corresponding distribution costs.
  5. Keep in mind that your return shipping may be higher than the delivery itself.

Unauthorized returns:

  1. Promotional, sale and promotional items are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
  2. Special orders or orders of larger quantities than we usually have in stock.
  3. No stock items
  4. Cut wires (cord) or ordered constructions.
  5. Electronics. Light regulators where the packaging is broken.

Dispute

Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board and otherwise refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
